RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BODY TONIC INNERWEAR, customer hygiene and product quality are our highest priorities.

Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 3–4 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • Show no signs of use, washing, perfume, deodorant, or damage caused after delivery.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Panties or briefs.
  • Any product that has been opened, worn, tried on, washed, or used.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A defective product,
  • A damaged product,
  • A wrong item,
  • A manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your Order ID.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photographs of the packaging (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or, where applicable, a refund.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged only if:

  • They meet the return eligibility conditions.
  • They are found to have a manufacturing defect or were delivered incorrectly.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturing defects,
  • Wrong product shipped,
  • Damaged product received,

BODY TONIC INNERWEAR will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved returns, return shipping charges may be applicable.
